Tuesday night Dhamma Talk - How to Overcome Anger...

The evening started off with a chanting by Bhante. Those present will not deny how one can feel the positive vibes as Bhante chanted the Metta sutta.

According to Bhante,"Anger Management" has so long been a part of the Dhamma. Guess Buddha could forsee the social problems arising should there be no ways to overcome it.
Ways to curb anger:- just 3 simple things to do. Firstly, watch your mouth, then your bodily action and finally watch your mind. SIMPLE??
