The talk will focus on Family Buddhism and how members of a family can live harmoniously together.

There will SDS this Sunday with the Karuna Class (for existing students) from 9.30am to 11.00am and the 2nd session Metta Class (for new students) from 11.30am to 1.00pm. Do come and join the session on each Tuesday from 8.30pm to 10.00pm. Yogis are advised to wear loose pants and T-shirts so that they are able to sit comfortably. The teachings will be English and Mandarin; and will include about 30min of walking/sitting meditation towards the end of each session.
