The Free Medical Clinic is a Community Project jointly organized by Padmasambhava Loving Children Association & Putra Heights Buddhist Society. The patients include inmates of the Padmasambhava Loving Children Association orphanage, single mothers and poor residents in nearby areas. All adult patients were also given blood glucose and blood pressure screening during the service.
The Free Clinic is currently treating about 100 patients during each session and the expenses for medicine and medical equipment are from donations collected from generous devotees and friends during the last few months. Due to the large turnout, our MEDICAL FUND is used up very quickly and need URGENT replenishing. We are now appealing for fresh donations and if you would like to donate towards this meritorious cause, please do not hesitate to contact us. Cheques should be made payable to "Putra Heights Buddhist Society" or bank into our Public Bank (Acc 3161987208) and the bank-in slips emailed to us at putraheightsBS@gmail.com to enable us to issue the receipts.
