Ho Ho Ho... finally we are at it and the day goes by without any event. There is no "end of the world' after all. All the hu... hu.. ha.. ha......

A few of us managed to gather at PHBS to chant for peace. It was rather quiet here at Putra Heights. Mostly because a lot of us are away on holidays.

PHBS Community Service @ Klang

The third Saturday of December , the last Free Medical Clinic session of the year. As usual the members and the Doctor were serviced bound except that this time we were honoured to have Datin Su to join us. 44 patients received treatment for this time. To all volunteers,  we would like to end the year with many thanks.

January 2013, PHBS will swing back to action. Just do keep up with our blog for the latest info.

January 6 will be the monthly Dana. PHBS will be inviting Sentul monks to the lunch dana.
The normal Sunday Dhamma class will commence as usual too. It will be such a pleasure to see the children again.

Well, hoping to see all Putra Heights Buddhists residents again.

PHBS Activities for the coming Week - 11th to 17th Feb 2012

SUNDAY DHAMMA TALK - 12th FEBRUARY

Venue: PHBS Centre
Dhamma Talk Title: "Living by Buddhism"
Date: 12 February 2012
Time: 10.30am

The talk will focus on Family Buddhism and how members of a family can live harmoniously together.

SUNDAY DHAMMA CLASS - 12th FEBRUARY

There will SDS this Sunday with the Karuna Class (for existing students) from 9.30am to 11.00am and the 2nd session Metta Class (for new students) from 11.30am to 1.00pm. MEDITATION CLASS - 14th FEBRUARY (TUE)

Do come and join the session on each Tuesday from 8.30pm to 10.00pm. Yogis are advised to wear loose pants and T-shirts so that they are able to sit comfortably. The teachings will be English and Mandarin; and will include about 30min of walking/sitting meditation towards the end of each session.
